Adapting to change is an emotional, mental and physical process which places a load on us all. If we’re going to be successful at navigating change, we’re going to need more personal strategies and tools than the change coming at us. It’s amazing the difference taking time to care for your wellbeing makes and how doing so, brings back your spark.
