Going round in circles
In this episode we:

- Emphasise the benefits of having this understanding on our emotional wellbeing, reliving some of the pressure we might be feeling.
- Share an activity that helps you identify what’s in your control and what isn’t, enabling you to focus your attention on those things that you can control.
- Remind ourselves that over time, practicing these skills builds our long-term resilience in the face of change or challenge.
